New support platform launches April 1

We will replace our current ticketing system, Support Center Online, with the Employee Service Center, a new centralized district platform, on Tuesday, April 1. It will also replace SchoolDude for facility and trades work orders. 

This change simplifies how employees report technical issues and request support. With the Employee Service Center, you¡¯ll experience improved communication, faster response times, and an intuitive user interface for many support needs.

Over time, we will move other district support functions to the platform as we work to consolidate products, create districtwide consistency, increase visibility/transparency, and streamline services. We¡¯ll provide regular updates between now and April 1.

  • Please note: The staff calendar is being finalized and will be shared soon.The designation of non-student days (i.e. as professional learning days and building workdays) is still being finalized. Once that work is complete, all staff will receive a communication about the calendar.
